Position Summary

The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, resident retention, and overall leasing performance at Lofts at 2025. This role leads all leasing and marketing efforts, manages the leasing team, ensures exceptional customer service, and maintains a strong presence within the local market. The Leasing Manager serves as the property's sales leader and is accountable for achieving leasing goals while delivering an outstanding prospect and resident experience.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Sales
  • Lead all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment homes, amenities, and community features.
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
  • Manage lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Monitor leasing traffic, closing ratios, and leasing performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely processing of applications, approvals, and move-ins.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions and competitor activity.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop leasing consultants and front office staff.
  • Conduct regular leasing meetings and sales training sessions.
  • Establish leasing goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused team culture.
Marketing & Outreach
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase traffic and occupancy.

  • Prepare weekly leasing reports, traffic reports, and occupancy updates.
  • Monitor lease expirations and renewal opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Assist with budgeting and revenue management initiatives.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of multifamily leasing experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong sales and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience using property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, Entrata, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
