Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position: Assistant Property Manager

Department: Property Management Division

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED


Position Description: The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Management Team as requested. This support role involves working closely with the property management team, performing inspections, assisting with showings, picking up and delivering lock boxes, mini-refrigerators, and space heaters, in addition to other requests as needed. This role will involve lots of driving in the Snohomish County and North King County regions. Candidates must be comfortable driving and working independently in the field.


Duties include and are not limited to:

· Learn the AppFolio property management system and use it for all communication.

· Learn and use zInspector for inspections.

· Uses Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiently.

· Produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing listings.

· Run errands in a large region.

· Draft leases


Other requirements:

·Must have a valid WA state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to stand for extended periods.

· Must be able to pass a background check.

· Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.


Compensation: W-2 starting hourly pay of $25-$30/hour DOE. Additional pay and benefits included are mileage reimbursement, company-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, and 401K match.


Location: Office located in Lynnwood, WA. Hybrid option for the right candidate.
