Assistant Property Manager
Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven team member who will be a great addition to RPM Today. An Assistant Property Manager duties include:
  • receiving and managing incoming phone calls
  • rent collection
  • tenant and owner relations
  • schedule and doing showings
  • troubleshoot maintenance questions
  • move-in/out inspections
  • and much more!

This position allows one to truly get to know the ropes of property management. With plenty of opportunity for growth, this is a great place to start. We look at mistakes as an opportunity to learn and develop our knowledge. We've created a culture of helping a team member when needed and a relationship of trust and accountability.
Standards: Computer and technology proficiency. Be able to use a smart phone and appropriate applications. Use Google drive with sheets, docs etc. Know how to maneuver in Gmail. Great customer service in person and on the phone. Logical and quick thinking to solve problems.
Qualifications: Some property management or real estate experience is preferred. Real Estate License is a plus!
PAY: DOE and qualifications. Starting $14/hour
