Temp Property Support Specialist - Contract Role Through December 2026

Who We Need

We’re seeking a detail‑driven operational specialist to join Forge on a contract basis through December 2026. This role provides essential support during a period of planned leave coverage and requires someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and manage high‑volume, time‑sensitive workflows with minimal onboarding time.

As a Contract Property Support Specialist, you’ll serve as a dedicated support partner to a small group of Community Managers—handling leasing administration, payments, notices, documentation, and Entrata workflows that keep multiple properties running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes, enjoys systems‑driven work, and can confidently execute core tasks without extensive ramp‑up.

What You’ll DoLeasing & Resident File Administration
  • Prepare and process renewal offers, track responses, and update lease terms accurately.

  • Generate new lease documents in coordination with Leasing Brokers and Compliance.

  • Monitor lease execution milestones and maintain clean, complete resident files.

  • Support eviction documentation to ensure files meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Payments & Document Processing
  • Deposit resident payments with accuracy and attention to eligibility and timing.

  • Sort, digitize, and route incoming resident documents and mail.

  • Maintain confidentiality and precision when handling financial and resident information.

Delinquency Coordination
  • Prepare late‑payment notice packets for on‑site posting.

  • Contact delinquent residents to provide payment support and available resources.

  • Maintain organized delinquency and eviction records to support legal timelines.

Entrata Systems Support
  • Provide first‑line troubleshooting for Entrata settings, permissions, and workflow issues.

  • Support system audits, data cleanup, and configuration tasks as directed.

  • Help maintain standardized Entrata practices across properties.

Cross‑Team Collaboration & Backup Support
  • Partner with Community Managers to ensure smooth execution of leasing, payments, notices, and resident file accuracy.

  • Coordinate with Accounting, Compliance, and Leasing to ensure alignment on tenant status and financial records.

  • Provide backup support for Compliance and Leasing Administration during absences.

Portfolio Support (As Needed)
  • Assist with documentation processing and Entrata troubleshooting for new properties as they onboard.

  • Support integration into existing workflows when required.

You’re able to step into established workflows quickly, operate independently, and provide reliable support during a defined coverage period. Experience in leasing administration, property management, or centralized operations is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Position Details
  • Position Type: Contract role through December 2026

  • Compensation: $32-36/hour, paid semi‑monthly

  • Reports to: Systems Engineer

  • Location: Forge Management HQ (Fremont neighborhood - Seattle, WA) - 5 days/week in-office presence required

  • Direct Reports: None

Contract roles are not eligible for Forge’s full‑time employee benefits package.
