Job description

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail managing the day-to-day operations of Pierce County rentals. Including showings, screening applicants, writing leases, inspections, move-ins/move-outs and repairs requests. Our goal every day is to comply with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all laws and regulations governing housing.
Candidate must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a full service residential Property Manager of private homes and apartments. Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus.
