The Position: We are seeking to fill a Property Assistant position. We are looking for someone to perform tasks related to the cleaning and maintenance of apartment buildings. Please note that this is a candidate-pool posting and not for a specific vacancy.

The Location: Multiple locations in Seattle, WA What will you do. Primarily perform general cleaning, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks Coordinate designated activities of the leasing process Complete routine inspections of units Respond to questions and concerns from residents and applicants Coordinate maintenance services and process work order requests Check the building and property for fire, safety, health, and security hazards Observe residents for noticeable changes in health, behavior, personal hygiene, or condition of unit Light office work, such as issuing employee badges and maintaining parking violations How to Apply: To apply, complete the online NeoGov application by clicking the Apply button in the upper right-hand corner of this posting.
