RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CARETAKER - LIVE MORTGAGE/RENT-FREE

Are you retired or semi-retired and seeking a unique opportunity to live rent-free in a beautiful home? We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and handy individual (or couple) to care for a charming 10 bedroom 11 bathroom residential house in the Cold Lake area.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Property Marketing & Admin: Manage social media and online presence, assist ownership with maximizing revenue potential, assist in invoice preparation and process payments
  • Property Maintenance: Perform general upkeep tasks such as minor maintenance repairs, painting, basic landscaping, cleaning and ensuring the property remains in top condition, coordinating with subcontractors to perform major repairs as required
  • Guest Services & Hospitality: Welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations to enhance their stay
  • Housekeeping & Inventory: Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-stocked, and manage inventories of required supplies
  • Handling Complaints: Address any concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues quickly
