  • Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts

Key Accountabilities:

  • Gather and analyze production data and confirm pipeline deliveries
  • Upload and enter well tests, production, inventories and sales into PAS
  • Prepare Oil, NGL, and gas sales splits and submit Volumetric, SAF/OAF, APMC and other required reports to Petrinex and communicate with partners
  • Book and analyze revenues, royalties, processing charges, trucking charges and accounts receivable
  • Review and provide comments on internal control and exception reports, and respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the field to meet government compliance requirements on EPAP & CAI and resolve Crown discrepancies as they relate to the property

What You Bring to the Role:

  • A degree in Accounting or Business Administration and registration or eligibility for registration with CAPPA (Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting) Certification
  • 0 - 4 years of production and revenue accounting experience
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, account reconciliation, problem solving, organizational and Excel skills
  • Understanding of production accounting cycle and deadlines
  • Experience in an oil and gas or mining environment would be an asset
