Job description

Ipso Promo is a Miami-based promotional products and branded merchandise distributor, operating in the U.S. We help brands — from startups to enterprise clients — show up boldly through branded apparel, drinkware, premium gifts, trade show swag, and full corporate merch programs.

We're looking for a driven, self-managed Independent Sales Agent to grow our U.S. client base. This is a 1099, commission-only, fully remote opportunity ideal for an experienced seller who wants uncapped earnings and the freedom to run their own book.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect and close new B2B accounts (corporate, agency, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, education, nonprofit, etc.)
  • Sell our full catalog of promotional products and branded merchandise
  • Build long-term client relationships and grow repeat orders
  • Work directly with our team on quoting, mockups, and order fulfillment — you sell, we handle production and logistics
  • Manage your pipeline and report on activity weekly

What you'll earn:

  • Commission on net merchandise sales (excluding setup, decoration, shipping, and taxes)
  • Commissions paid on every order — including reorders from your accounts
  • No cap. No territory restrictions. No quota pressure.
  • Realistic earnings: $60,000–$150,000+ annually for active, experienced agents

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (promotional products, print, apparel, packaging, or related industries strongly preferred)
  • Existing book of business or strong network is a major plus
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, email outreach, and virtual client meetings

Why Ipso Promo:

  • Senior-level support on every quote and order — you're never selling alone
  • Competitive pricing through established North American supplier relationships
  • Fast turnaround, sharp creative, and zero red tape
  • Backed by a decade-old parent company with proven systems

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Agents are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and work setup. Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

Apply today with a brief note about your sales background and any industries or accounts you'd bring with you.
