Job description

Position Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years experience as a Bartender in a full-service environment

Role Summary
Bartenders execute beverage service to standard while managing guest experience, responsible alcohol service, and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare beverages accurately to spec
Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
Manage tabs, cash, and payments responsibly
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene appropriately
Support service bar tickets
Demonstrate spirits and cocktail knowledge

Certifications Required
State-approved alcohol service certification

Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Certification upload required in Proliant prior to first shift
