Job description

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Senior Task Manager to provide direct support to our Client's Front Office performing the following responsibilities:

  • Track corporate action items and work with Client management and stakeholders to ensure closure in a timely manner.
  • Organization's point of contact for handling requests related to incoming and outgoing personnel, including working with security to approve visit requests
  • Helping the Client in scheduling and facilitating meetings with stakeholders and partners
  • Create and maintain documentation, including memos, agendas, meeting minutes and other relevant documents
  • Help to develop briefings and communications for the workforce
  • Support inventory management across the organization
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 8 years with PhD. An additional four years can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships within the office and with external partners across the community
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
  • Experience in direct support to senior level leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products

Desired Skills:

  • On site, customer domain experience
  • Self-starter requiring minimal oversight and direction to execute independent projects.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement when working with external stakeholders and mission partners
  • Ability to work under shifting priorities and deadlines and willing to provide a wide range of support.

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
