About the Role

If you love bringing order to moving pieces and turning complex plans into seamless events, this role is for you. You'll lead the logistics for meetings, conferences, and conventions from early strategy through on-site execution. It's a great fit for someone who's equal parts planner, problem-solver, and trusted client adviser. You'll also play a key role in managing budgets, guiding team members, and keeping every detail on track.

You're Good At

  • Leading multiple meeting and event projects at once while keeping timelines, priorities, and deliverables organized
  • Partnering with clients, teammates, and suppliers to understand goals, make recommendations, and deliver smooth event experiences
  • Managing logistics from start to finish, including planning meetings, site inspections, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
  • Handling budgets, contracts, approvals, and financial processes with strong attention to detail
  • Troubleshooting quickly, communicating clearly, and staying calm under pressure in deadline-driven environments
