Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day
The Service Project Support centers on continuous collaboration and communication with teammates, recognizing that effective support comes from shared knowledge and daily alignment. You'll partner closely with several Service Managers to provide essential service contract administration, financial tracking, and operational support. Each week, you'll participate in staff meetings where the team discusses current issues, reviews risks, and aligns on priorities. Throughout the day, you'll engage with cross-functional partners across Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Commercial Controlling, and the Assembly Center to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of operational needs.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Effectively administering multiple service contracts, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor the progress of service deliverables against contract requirements
  • Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for service contracts
  • Prepare and maintain service contract documentation including status reports and schedules.
  • Identify and help resolve operational obstacles to ensure service contracts deliverables are completed and within budget.
  • Ensure all service contract activities adhere to internal quality standards and company policies.

What You Bring
  • High School diploma/GED plus equivalent experience is required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 4 years experience with the following business concepts: Fixed Price, Time and Material offers.
  • Experience with project coordination, schedules, and documentation.
  • Experience facilitating communication between various departments
  • Experience with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Experience with cost and revenue calculations.
