We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of the Southwest's most respected commercial construction organizations as they continue to expand their multifamily construction portfolio throughout Las Vegas and the surrounding region.

This is an opportunity to join a builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, maintaining long-term client relationships, and investing in the growth of its employees. The company has an extensive backlog of work and is actively hiring top construction professionals who are ready to make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing ground-up multifamily projects and possess a strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Leadership

  • Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution efforts

  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants

  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Financial Management

  • Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts

  • Manage subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders

  • Monitor project costs and profitability

  • Review subcontractor invoices and owner billings

  • Prepare monthly project financial reports

Project Coordination

  • Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement schedules, and project documentation

  • Coordinate project activities between field and office teams

  • Identify risks and implement proactive solutions

Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and stakeholders

  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively

  • Serve as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction

  • Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred

  • Experience managing ground-up apartment, mixed-use, student housing, senior living, or multifamily projects

  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and project controls

  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
