We are partnering with a growing engineering and manufacturing organization in the Lewis Center area that is expanding its Project Management team due to increased demand and new project growth. They are seeking multiple Project Managers to oversee the build and installation of highly customized automated machinery and capital equipment systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you’ll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to drive complex projects from kickoff through final installation and customer acceptance.
The company is hiring for multiple levels and is open to candidates ranging from early-career Project Managers to senior-level professionals. Senior candidates may also have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead custom automation and manufacturing projects from concept through installation and customer acceptance
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, controls, procurement, and installation teams
  • Monitor timelines, risks, and project performance to ensure successful execution
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication internally and externally
  • Drive projects to meet customer expectations, technical requirements, and quality standards
What They’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, automation, capital equipment, or industrial environments
  • Industrial manufacturing experience is required
  • Automation experience is highly preferred, but candidates from broader industrial manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered
  • Strong understanding of custom equipment, mechanical systems, or manufacturing operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience with MS Project, ERP systems, or similar project management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus
Why This Opportunity?
  • Multiple openings with long-term growth potential
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with strong likelihood of direct hire
  • Opportunity to work on highly engineered custom equipment projects
  • Open to candidates from mid-level through senior-level experience
  • Collaborative environment with exposure to cutting-edge automation systems
