PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Healthcare & Large-Scale Greenfield Construction Metro Area, MICHIGAN

THE OPPORTUNITY
A senior project leadership role supporting a major healthcare greenfield construction program in Rochester, MI. This project brings together healthcare technology, low-voltage systems, construction coordination, and client partnership to deliver a smart, connected facility.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Executive owns the full lifecycle of technology and low-voltage scopes on a large-scale greenfield, healthcare construction project, guiding the project from early construction through closeout. You are a senior project leader accountable for safety, client communication, constructability, budget discipline, change management, and team performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Client Engagement
• Build strong client and project stakeholder relationships that support successful delivery, repeat work, and our position as a trusted technology integration partner.
• Lead project status meetings, milestone reviews, and proactive communication on schedule, budget, scope, and risk.
• Lead end-to-end technology scope delivery on greenfield new construction through final project completion.
• Partner with general contractors, trade partners, and project leadership to align technology milestones with the master schedule and resolve conflicts proactively.
•Manage project budgets, cost projections, change tracking, and financial performance for assigned technology scopes.
• Manage change order documentation, pricing review, and negotiation support in coordination with senior leadership.
• Oversee final stages of pre-construction procurement: scope leveling, vendor pricing, RFP review, and subcontractor selection.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and coordinate project managers, site leaders, project engineers, coordinators, and administrative support assigned to the project.
• Support onboarding, team alignment, and resource planning as project needs evolve.
• Drive post-project evaluations and translate lessons learned into improved delivery standards.
Safety & Compliance
• Champion an injury-free culture through personal example and active accountability across all sites.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and healthcare construction safety protocols; support Union relations and workforce training.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience on healthcare construction programs.
• Experience in technology and low-voltage systems integration (AV, security, structured cabling, DAS, nurse call, RTLS, BAS, or related) within complex construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with poise and credibility.
• Strong financial acumen: budget ownership, cost forecasting, change management, and procurement on large programs.
• Exceptional communicator; comfortable presenting to executive and ownership-level audiences.
• Self-starter with the organizational discipline to manage multiple high-priority programs simultaneously.
