Estate Landscape & Tree Services is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential landscape construction projects in the Lake Tahoe region.
We're looking for someone who can keep jobs moving professionally, on time, and on budget while delivering a great experience for both clients and crews. This role requires strong field coordination, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and Spanish-speaking employees.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee landscape construction projects from kickoff to closeout
  • Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with company quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, field crews, subcontractors, and internal team members
