Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Analyze project opportunities and develop competitive estimates/proposals.
  • Negotiate Owner and Subcontractor contracts.
  • Perform strong negotiations during project buy out.
  • Organize and manage the bid process with team.
  • Prepare and manage construction project schedules.
  • Review and manage construction contract documents.
  • Develop project staffing and resource needs.
  • Manage public work, private commercial, health care, restaurant, educational and tenant improvement projects.
  • Review project cost vs estimate reports and provide proper cost/margin projection analysis.
  • Conduct project meetings with project team members.
  • Preparation and maintenance of project legal processes.
  • Work with Senior Management and Owner to achieve corporate goals.
  • CMAR/CM process experience is a plus.
  • Produce and manage Design Build process for applicable projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Self-starter with high energy
