We're looking for a skilled Electrical Project Manager who thrives in luxury residential construction and takes pride in delivering exceptional work. What You'll Do
  • Lead high-end electrical projects from planning through final walkthrough
  • Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
  • Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and builders
  • Review and interpret electrical plans, lighting designs, and specifications
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
  • Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and field leadership
  • Conduct regular site visits and run project meetings
  • Support and guide foremen and field crews
  • Maintain strict quality standards on lighting, finishes, and integrated systems
  • Use CRM and project management tools to track progress and documentation

Requirements
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
  • 10+ years in the electrical trade; foreman or superintendent experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70)
  • Background in custom residential rough and finish electrical
  • Familiarity with lighting control and home automation systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean background
