Tedesco Pacific Construction – Reno, NV
Tedesco Pacific Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our commercial concrete construction operations. This position plays a key role in supporting Project Managers and field teams by helping keep projects organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently.
The Project Administrator works closely with operations, accounting, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients while assisting with project documentation, procurement support, financial coordination, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative support
  • Help maintain project files, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and related documentation
  • Assist with communication and coordination between field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • Complete purchase order entry and assist with maintaining project commitments
  • Support collaboration between Accounting and Project Managers for project financial tracking and monthly percent complete reporting
  • Assist with tracking project-related compliance documentation such as insurance certificates, lien waivers, permits, and required project paperwork
  • Support procurement activities and assist with material and equipment tracking
  • Help coordinate project closeout documentation and final project records
  • Provide general administrative support to project and operations teams as needed
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
  • Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, or related roles preferred
  • Experience supporting construction or project-based environments strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction management software
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
