Northern Nevada continues to experience tremendous growth, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead the site development, earthwork, underground utility, and civil construction projects driving that growth.

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys working closely with field operations, solving problems, building client relationships, and delivering profitable projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Lead Projects from Start to Finish

  • Manage multiple civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Drive overall project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Identify potential issues early and implement solutions before they impact production

Financial & Operational Management

  • Monitor job costs, budgets, forecasting, and production quantities
  • Manage billing, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and cost recovery efforts
  • Review project financials and maintain strong project profitability
  • Prepare and present project updates to company leadership

Partner with Field Operations

  • Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to support successful project execution
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
  • Participate in planning meetings and ongoing project coordination
  • Remove obstacles that impact productivity, schedules, or project performance

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
  • Build strong relationships through responsiveness, accountability, and communication
  • Lead project meetings and maintain alignment among all stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within:
    • Heavy Civil Construction
    • Site Development
    • Earthwork
    • Underground Utilities
    • Civil Infrastructure Projects
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Job Costing
    • Budget Management
    • Financial Forecasting
    • Scheduling & Production Tracking
    • Change Order Management
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

  • Public works and private development projects
  • Large-scale site development projects
  • Earthwork and underground utility construction
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable projects
