Overview
The Project Manager will lead, manage, support, and contribute to projects identified to improve the quality of our products and the speed and efficiency with which we respond to customer requests.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, required.
  • Master's in Engineering or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead assigned projects ensuring they remain on track for timely completion and stay within the budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including definition of roles, responsibilities and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and report to necessary personnel.
  • Work with plant managers, production coordinators, and all other necessary personnel to guide and facilitate strategically important projects to meet organizational objectives and satisfy customer requests.
  • Introduce, facilitate, and help mold key performance measures and the understanding of the information while driving the development of programs and behaviors associated with them.
  • Collect and analyze data and information to research solutions for improvement of current processes and systems of overall operations, various strategically significant projects, and ongoing company initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and projects as requested by management.

  • Effective presentation ability.
  • Aptitude to recognize and solve problems.
  • Proven ability, capacity, and aptitude with planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating technical work, and obtaining cooperation from others (must be able to build rapport with project staff)

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
  • Office environment in a fast paced production facility.
  • Some travel to other facilities necessary.
  • Sitting and working at desk for extended periods of time.
