Senior Manager, Events Marketing About inKind

inKind is transforming restaurant financing and customer engagement through an innovative fintech platform that provides restaurants with growth capital while helping consumers discover and enjoy dining experiences nationwide.

We're looking for a strategic, highly organized, and creative Senior Manager, Events to build and lead our events function, creating experiences that strengthen our brand, deepen partner relationships, generate pipeline, and bring our community together.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Events will own the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of all inKind events. From industry conferences and executive dinners to restaurant launches, creator and consumer events, recruiting events, product launches, and company offsites, you'll create distinctive, memorable experiences that reflect the inKind brand while delivering measurable business outcomes.

This role requires equal parts creativity and commercial thinking. You'll be expected to develop innovative event concepts that stand out, while ensuring every event has clear objectives, defined success metrics, and demonstrable ROI.

Operating across inKind's pod structure, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to bring ideas to life. You'll work with pod leads to identify opportunities for events that showcase product innovation, celebrate partner success, strengthen our employer brand, and accelerate business growth.

What You'll Own
  • Develop and execute inKind's annual events strategy and calendar based on company goals. 
  • Design creative, differentiated event concepts that generate excitement, strengthen the inKind brand, and create memorable experiences for customers, partners, candidates, and employees.
  • Act as the central events partner for all pods, helping teams transform ideas into high-impact experiences that support business objectives.
  • Partner with pod leads to develop and execute events supporting product launches, restaurant partner activations, customer engagement, recruiting, thought leadership, and strategic initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver external events including conferences, trade shows, restaurant launches, customer events, executive dinners, networking events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Support recruiting and employer brand events, including university programs, tech meetups, hackathons, and community partnerships.
  • Lead internal events including all-hands meetings, company celebrations, leadership offsites, and team events.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, logistics, travel, production, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to ensure every event supports broader business objectives.
  • Define success metrics for every event, including pipeline generated, revenue influenced, partner engagement, attendance, brand awareness, social reach, and attendee satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report event ROI, using data and insights to optimize future events, improve performance, and maximize return on investment.
  • Develop scalable event playbooks, templates, and processes that enable pods to execute smaller events while maintaining inKind brand standards and measurable outcomes.
