Location: Montgomery, AL
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (based on department needs)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote + rotating weekends)
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Overview

Owl Services is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of our projects. In this role, you'll act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail.

What Success Looks Like
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Stay ahead of potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues
  • Effectively communicate updates and expectations with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure projects stay within budget, scope, and timeline
  • Become a subject matter expert in internal systems and workflows over time
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources, equipment, and information for ongoing projects
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Define project scope, objectives, and evolving requirements
  • Create and maintain schedules, budgets, and status reports
  • Monitor project progress and identify issues early
  • Process invoices and manage administrative project tasks
  • Maintain due diligence files and documentation accuracy
