Duration: Initial 6 months contract with extensions

Position: Project Coordinator
Experience Level Desired: Level 1 (1-5yrs)
Location: GPO (Pensacola, FL)
Shift (Time): 8:00am-4:30pm CST
Overtime: OT is not approved for this contract position
Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report on campus a minimum of three days per week

Contract Length: 6 months from start date with the possibility of extension
  • Description Supports the Project Management function by coordinating project tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among project teams and stakeholders. Assists in tracking project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines. Works closely with project managers to support the successful delivery of business initiatives.
