Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Interns, Technology Interns, and Front Desk Interns to join our team and support our nationwide clientele while gaining hands-on experience in HospitalityTech, IT, Business Operations, Customer Service, and Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with CRM management, system updates, and data management.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
Assist with business analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Support software testing and technology-related projects.
Assist Front Desk operations, guest communication, and customer service activities.
Handle reservations, inquiries, check-in/check-out support, and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
Collaborate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
Research and learn new technology, business, and hospitality tools.
Support ongoing projects across IT, HospitalityTech, and business operations.
Requirements
