Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Project Coordinator through 08/29/2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status updates.
  • Manage campaign-level logistics and execution activities.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Content, Media, Digital, Analytics, Legal, and Sector Marketing teams.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, stakeholder reviews, and approval workflows.
  • Track risks, dependencies, issues, and escalate roadblocks as needed.
  • Monitor project budgets and support financial tracking.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and promotional vendors.
  • Maintain project documentation and workflow records in Workfront and related tools.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Support campaign launch readiness and post-launch monitoring activities.
