Gordon, Inc. is hiring a Project Coordinator to support customer-driven manufacturing projects from order entry through production and delivery. We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, construction products, architectural systems, or engineered-to-order environments.
This role connects customers, engineering, production, purchasing, and scheduling to ensure projects move efficiently, stay organized, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple manufacturing projects from kickoff through production and shipment
  • Serve as a primary customer contact for schedules, approvals, and project updates
  • Support engineering, estimating, purchasing, and production teams with project documentation and communication
  • Track project schedules, costs, billing documentation, and change orders
  • Enter and manage sales orders, timelines, and documentation in ERP system (ECi M1)
  • Maintain organized project files, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, and specifications
  • Identify potential schedule or production risks and escalate appropriately
  • Assist with project closeout documentation and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications

Entry-Level Candidates
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Business, or related field OR relevant internship/work experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in manufacturing processes and project coordination
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experienced Candidates
  • Experience in project coordination, project management support, or manufacturing administration
  • Experience managing project schedules, customer communication, and documentation
  • Familiarity with change orders, billing processes, and production coordination preferred
