We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinators, onsite, in Paris, Ontario, to support the successful execution of client projects from initiation through delivery. This role will act as a central point of coordination across Sales, Account Management, Production, and Clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.


When your actions lead to success:

  • Interpret project briefs and develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes, in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers
  • Monitor project progress on a daily basis, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential issues; implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Track project costs against approved budgets, investigate variances, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies
  • Coordinate the preparation, approval, and distribution of all project documentation and materials (e.g., specifications, finish samples, production-ready assets) to ensure seamless production execution
  • Building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing clear, timely updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with Production Managers to track work orders through all stages, including pre-production, production, quality inspection, shipment, and installation
  • Championing projects from approval through final delivery and invoicing, ensuring alignment across all internal stakeholders

When your expertise drives us:

  • Previous experience in project coordination, preferably within a custom manufacturing, print, fabrication, or retail operations environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (PACE experience is considered a strong asset)
  • Progress toward or completion of a PMP certification is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service orientation
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
