Job Summary - 
The Project Maintenance Assistant assists the Director of Maintenance with activities relating to design, construction and coordination of hospital projects. The Project Maintenance Assistant will help in maintaining a safe environment for patients, employees and visitors who use the facilities at Mary Rutan Hospital. 
 
 
Regulatory Requirements
  • Industrial Technology,  Electrical or some electronic Engineering, HVAC Plumbing  or equivalent experience in a hospital setting.
  • At least one (1) year experience in building field.
  • Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations relating to Life Safety Code, NFPA, ADA, OBBC, NEC, Ohio
  • Fire Code and regulatory agencies governed by Hospitals and Medical Offices
 
 
Language Skills
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Additional languages preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow directions.
