Job description

Summary:
We are representing a well-established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager. With nearly a century of excellence in customer care and technical expertise, this company provides industry-leading building information modeling (BIM), design/build services, sustainable solutions, commercial HVAC, and complex mechanical and industrial system installations. The Project Manager will oversee projects in markets such as Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, and Industrial, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through completion

  • Ensure field personnel safety, labor productivity, quality assurance, and coordination

  • Manage budgets, cost projections, financial reporting, and project cash flow

  • Direct procurement of materials and equipment

  • Review, track, and manage change orders

  • Build and maintain strong owner/client relationships

  • Supervise personnel, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with company procedures

  • Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to leadership

  • Support field operations to meet schedule, quality, and financial goals

Qualifications:

  • 5โ€“7 years of construction-related experience, preferably in mechanical contracting
