Job description
Company Description TurnKey provides comprehensive logistics planning and execution services for energy and infrastructure projects. The company’s offerings include advanced roadway video collection (Turn360), imagery hosting on ArcGIS, haul route planning and negotiations, and roadway analysis. TurnKey also manages non-environmental and facility permitting, civil and geotechnical engineering, construction management support, project management, fee acquisition, and full project execution. With this integrated approach, TurnKey is structured as a one-stop shop for project access needs, giving clients streamlined support from planning through completion.
The Project Manager position is responsible for estimating/bidding projects, overall project planning, managing the project budget, and working with the Operations and Administration teams daily.
Job Skills:
- Seek, Investigate, and pursue construction related opportunities with energy companies, statewide land developers, municipalities, and private landowners.
- Estimate for Land & ROW Acquisition Projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project cost analysis and projections using established accounting system phase coding as it relates to the original contract estimate.
- Timely correspondence required with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for the proper documentation of the project.
- Prepare monthly budget updates, contract status, work in progress reports, and billings for submittal to clients.
- Prepare cost estimates and timely change request proposals for additional work requested by the client or for changed conditions from the original contract specifications for submittal and approvals.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to provide quick estimates based on client needs.
- Mentor and Oversee Land & ROW Acquistion agents.
Qualifications:
To be successful in the Land/ROW project manager role, you will need the following qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of experience in one or more of the following project types: Land Acquisition, Real Estate, Facility Permitting and/or Construction, Title/Curative, Project estimating, Land Management
- Strong project management, leadership, interpersonal, communication, documentation, and technical skills are required
- Possess sound judgment
- Highly developed management, organizational, interpersonal, presentation/training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated understanding of project scopes and effective change management
- Resolve complex issues and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to prepare and interpret complex reports, recognize problems, and define and evaluate solutions
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Bluebeam, Pivvot, Bid2Win estimating, and Vista software preferred
