To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. The breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact.

Successful candidates will ideally reside in Madison WI or Wisconsin.

  • Process rebate applications by verifying eligibility, obtaining, and documenting necessary information for the applications, and issuing eligible payments as directed.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintenance, including file setup, eligibility verification, applicable troubleshooting resolution, establishing reserved funding, and issuing payments while ensuring data quality.
  • Schedule and track projects for Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff. Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
  • Complete review processes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation in accordance with terms and conditions of the program.
  • Provide education and instruction to applicants on eligibility requirements or work with applicants to request additional information to meet requirements of program.
  • Export predesigned report
  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Attend staff meetings and other program support
  • Complete special projects
  • Hours worked: 9AM-5PM

  • 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Good verbal, organization, customer service and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn and accurately apply application processing techniques, procedures and practices in a timely manner is essential.
  • Fluency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be a Wisconsin resident

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.00 / hourly
