Partnership Marketing Intern

At Kensington Tours, we're looking for a Partnership Marketing Intern to support the planning, execution, and administration of joint marketing and partnership programs across our global partner network. Reporting to the Partnerships & Marketing team, this role offers hands-on exposure to partnership marketing, co-operative campaign development, partner relations, and post-campaign performance analysis within the luxury travel space.

In this role, you will support proposal development for co-op programs, assist with partner communications and data gathering, help manage campaign administration, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and proof of performance. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and eager to learn how strategic partnerships and joint marketing programs are built, managed, and measured.

Job Description

  • Supporting the development of partnership and co-op marketing proposals, including compiling program details, timelines, and supporting materials.
  • Assisting with general partner interactions, including gathering data, information, and assets required for campaign planning and execution.
  • Supporting the administration of joint marketing and partnership campaigns, including tracking deliverables and key milestones.
  • Assisting with account receivable notices and basic campaign financial tracking in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Supporting post-campaign reporting, proof of performance, and recap materials to demonstrate partner value and results.
  • Maintaining organized records of partner communications, campaign documentation, and reporting materials.
  • Collaborating with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to support partnership initiatives as needed.
  • Contributing to additional partnership marketing projects and initiatives as required.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant business, marketing, communications, or tourism/travel program, with interest in partnership or marketing roles.
