  • Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 3 days throughout the week 9:00am-5:30pm supporting resident programs, events, outings, and transportation needs

We're looking for an energetic, engaging, and service-minded Programs Assistant / Driver who is passionate about enriching the lives of older adults while helping residents stay connected to the people, places, and experiences they love.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading activities, creating memorable experiences, and getting out into the community with residents. You'll support our Life Enrichment team while also providing safe transportation for appointments, outings, and community adventures.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with the planning and facilitation of daily programs, events, and activities.
  • Encourage resident participation and help create meaningful, engaging experiences.
  • Support community outings, celebrations, entertainment, and special events.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and create Purposeful Moments throughout the day.
  • Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community-sponsored events.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and maintain transportation vehicles in a clean and safe condition.
  • Partner with associates across all departments to elevate the resident experience.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and a hospitality mindset to everything you do.
