Description

Valbruna Stainless is stainless and specialty alloys steel mill with production and distribution locations across the world. Our headquarter is in Vicenza, Italy with two mills in Italy, a mill in Indiana, and a mill in Canada. We supply steel bars to end users and distributors to support multiple industries including Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Medical, Power Gen, etc. We are growing our North American sales in Aerospace and specialty products and this position will support that.
 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aerospace Program Specialist to support the coordination and execution of aerospace programs. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the monitoring, and management of our aerospace programs. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and experience with program management. This position will report to the Aerospace Market Manager and will be expected to serve as a liaison between the mills, customers, and branch teams.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Support and Coordination: Assist in the management and coordination of aerospace programs. This includes coordinating with our mills to streamline the process and meet the customers' needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our branches and mills to make sure the program requirements are met.
  • Sales Process Management: Manager the sales cycle for aerospace programs. Respond to RFQ's and enter orders for programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in aerospace program management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with aerospace grades and specifications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • $55-$70k + bonus
