NRVCS is one of the largest employers in the NRV, and we are continuing to grow! Our team is looking for a Clinical Program Supervisor to join our New Life Residential Program leadership team. The Clinical Program Supervisor provides leadership to New Life and Partial Hospitalization (Dojo) clinicians. This supervisory role provides direct clinical guidance, as well as direction in paperwork/documentation, through teaching, mentoring, and offering support to staff. The clinical program supervisor would provide assessment, case management, and support services to individuals served in the New Life residential and partial hospitalization programs, working closely with the New Life Program Manager to ensure that services/documentation is accurate and processed in a timely manner. This position would also provide direct client services as needed.
***$5,000 Sign on Bonus***
Starting Salary: $65,475-Depending on Experience
Education Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field is required.
  • License or eligibility as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia is required. CSAC or LSATP is helpful.
  • At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services in SUD/mental health treatment field is required.
  • Supervisory experience and knowledge/experience with SUD is required.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
