Key responsibilities include:
Provides guidance based on organizational goals and OneLM PM/IPP company policies, procedures, and training.
Establishes, leads configuration control, and monitors adherence to OneLM PM/IPP operating policies and procedures.
Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to OneLM and business area policies, procedures, and training.
Directly participates in establishing and administering projects and assignments within IPP COE.
Key partner with the IPP SteerCo and Integrated Program Planning Council (IPPC) in executing defined IPP COE objectives and deliverables.
Impact and Influence:
The individual in this role has significant influence and impact on the organization, including:
Exerting influence in the development of overall IPP COE objectives and long-range goals.
Implementation of change - serve as an advocate of OneLM adoptions of process, policy, and tools
