AeroTEC’s Program Management Office (PMO) is primarily involved in developing the strategy for, and managing the execution of all AeroTEC projects. PMO is responsible for taking direction and inputs from customers, developing program strategy and work plans (schedules, budgets, resource and task management, and customer communication), and creating the road map allowing the AeroTEC team to meet customer goals.
We are seeking a Program Manager I to lead the execution of small to mid-sized technical programs in a fast-paced, aerospace and engineering environment. This role is ideal for a program or project professional ready to take the next step into full program ownership while continuing to grow leadership, customer management, and financial management capabilities.
About The Role
As a Program Manager I, you will own program planning and execution from contract award through completion, serving as the primary customer interface and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments. You will play a critical role in coordinating engineering, manufacturing, certification, and test activities while proactively identifying risks and driving solutions. This position offers strong visibility, meaningful customer engagement, and a clear growth path into larger, more complex program leadership roles.
