HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Oversee the successful management and flawless launch of assigned customer product development and launch programs. Manage all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling the program and lead the Program Team to meet timing, quality, finance, and product requirements for the customer and Rebo, adhering to Rebo’s program management processes and meeting all program and customer targets, using APQP procedures.
  • Represent our team in a professional manner to the customer and management, take personal responsibility for program success and motivate the Program Team to meet commitments and hold the team accountable.
  • Lead the Program planning in all regards including program timeline. And maintain team morale. Resolve conflicts between team members and departments, and clarify team roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth team operations
  • Manage and run SDT meetings, and lead Program Review meetings, including Gate Reviews, with management.   
  • Manage relevant program documentation and processes including Program Workbook, Open Issues List, Program Budgets, and Timeline. Establish internal and external targets, objectives, and deliverables by working with Management, Customers, and Program Team.
  • Support the Manufacturing Team in production builds, team meetings, customer reviews, and critical production preparation activities.
  • Achieve all internal and external financial targets via the Program Team process.
  • Foster an effective customer relationship, and utilize project scope management tools including written responses to scope change requests that include product, cost and timing impact to ensure Rebo’s position is protected.
  • Escalate future risks and clearly identify to management specific tasks, deliverables and support needed to mitigate future risks.
  • Lead the Program Team to meet all quality targets. Launch products below targets for launch cost, scrap and containment and adhere to all customer quality systems and processes.
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • You have at least 10+ years experience in the automotive industry in the areas of: Program Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Finance, Operations, Sales
  • Experience with Ford, Stellantis, & BMW is a plus. 
  • You are accountable, and demonstrate integrity by delivering what is promised

  • Ability to travel to manufacturing plant in TN as needed for customer visits, program reviews, and plant support.
