  • Supervise, train, and support Clubhouse staff and volunteers; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with Clubhouse Model standards, organizational policies, funding requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Manage program schedules, facility maintenance, inventory, and administrative systems to support efficient operations.
  • Track program outcomes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to grant reporting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, employers, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
  • Support vocational and transitional services, including supported employment and community outings.
  • Handle member intake processes, goal planning, and crisis response as needed in coordination with clinical or support staff.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous program development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation, Social Work, Psychology, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in program operations, preferably in a Clubhouse Model, brain injury rehabilitation, mental health, or disability services setting.
  • Proven leadership and staff supervision experience with a collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with grant-funded programs, outcome measurement, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Passion for working with adults with brain injuries and a commitment to dignity, empowerment, and inclusion.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
