Job description


  • Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables

  • Analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data

  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend strategic solutions

  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates

  • Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership

  • Manage expectations and elevate critical issues as needed

  • Foster collaboration across teams to enhance service capabilities and drive process improvements aligned with company values


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area; OR 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area

  • Proven experience in program management coordinating and overseeing complex initiatives

  • Strong cross-functional team leadership and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication abilities for presenting performance reports and managing expectations

  • Demonstrated accountability in driving results, monitoring progress, and implementing continuous improvements

  • Ability to analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data

  • Commitment to ethical standards and integrity

  • Preferred: experience leading a cross-functional team, Retail Link, and profit and loss responsibilities

  • Compliance with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
