Job description

We are seeking a Program Manager to support the launch and expansion of new customer-facing delivery offerings within Amazon's Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery network. - Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across fulfillment, delivery, science, and tech teams to ensure launch sequencing aligns with capability deployment timelines
- Manage the operational readiness process for new site launches including labor planning, capacity assessments, and process validation
- Develop and maintain mechanisms (WBRs, launch retrospectives, escalation paths) to surface risks early and drive resolution across teams
