Highlights of the Memory Care Director Position:

  • Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
  • Licensed LPN/LVN, preferred
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Dementia certification, preferred.
  • Activities Director Experience, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Montessori for Dementia Practitioner qualifications preferred.
  • Proven success in management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
