Lead Transformation at a Global Industry Leader:
Prysmian, the worldโ€™s largest manufacturer of energy and telecom cables, is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our largest manufacturing facility in Marshall, TX. As Plant Director, you will be at the helm of a high-impact operation, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation in alignment with our global mission.

Your Mission:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Power Distribution Manufacturing, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the Marshall plant, overseeing a team of 500+ and managing a complex, high-volume production environment. Your leadership will directly influence Prysmianโ€™s ability to deliver on customer commitments, innovate in manufacturing, and grow market share.
