POSITION SUMMARY:

The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Grant Reporting and Outreach Coordinator (GROC) assures grant stability and fidelity, budget accountability, and is accountable to meet the stat requirements to maintain adherence to the project work plan each fiscal year. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the departmental budget under the guidance of the NFP Administrator and the NFP Director, to ensure coordinated program quality improvement based on program performance data and outcomes. The Grant Reporting and Outreach Coordinator will promote program integrity and data quality by collaborating with the NFP Director and the Data Entry Clerk in navigating the current DCS, running data quality reports, data entry, and coordinating regular CQ
