The Production Program Integration Manager supports the F135 Production Program Team by leading baseline development, coordinating cross-functional program reviews, driving process improvements, and strengthening execution discipline across the Production PMO.
This role ensures high-quality program management rigor, supports cost and schedule integrity, and enables seamless integration between Program Management, PP&S, EVA&R, CAMs, and Digital Technology partners.
What You Will Do:
• Coordinate Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activities, including kickoff, preparation, presentation materials, and action-item management.
• Coordinate monthly schedule reviews, variance analyses (VARs), and integrated program reviews with CAMs and the PM Team.
• Manage quarterly and annual EAC/CEAC cycles, ensuring program accuracy, compliance, and timely updates to key stakeholders.
• Serve as lead for the Production Execution team on CORE and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive Production PMO process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, digital project leadership, and integration with DT teams.
• Support maturation to CORE Level 3 by documenting standard work, improving process rigor, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze program management process metrics and turnbacks; develop corrective actions to improve execution effectiveness.
• Manage contract close-out tasks and associated cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain and update Period of Performance (PoP) logs to ensure alignment with contract deliverables and planning cycles.
• Manage discretionary budget - Critical Program Tasks (CPT) for Production and support financial governance requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, operations, planning, or related disciplines required.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to program/contract access requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Familiarity with earned value process.
• CORE Champion or Lean 6 Sigma certification.
• Background in digital transformation, automation, or production system modernization.
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor program health.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
