Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager/Integration Manager to support delivery of CISA Cybersecurity Exercise Support Services by assisting with program execution, program integration, team coordination, customer communications, and overall program health. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the DPM/IM helps ensure the program meets negotiated requirements and supports consistent performance across cost, schedule, and technical outcomes.

Deputy Program Manager (DPM)/Integration Manager (IM) - (TS/SCI)

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • As Deputy Program Manager, assist the PM in managing all aspects of the contract and program including Leidos requirements, and program requirements for the customer; assist in implementing priorities, assigning tasks, and managing resources to meet cost, schedule, and technical baselines.

  • Participate in meetings with Leidos leadership as necessary and with the customer to ensure situational awareness of program requirements.

  • Support the program coordination and communications with internal teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders.

  • Track and help resolve program issues/risks, escalating as needed and supporting status reporting to Leidos management.

  • Help ensure contract requirements and contract changes are implemented effectively across the team.

  • Support staffing execution and staff development/training activities across the contract lifecycle.

  • Manage the SMEs and Regional Exercise Leads, including managing coordination and regularly reporting and communications.

  • Support the PM in managing and directing Leidos staff as well as subcontract staff on the program.

  • As Integration Manager, ensure coordination and integration for seamless delivery of program and exercise support to the customer.

  • Ensure all aspects of the program are integrated, tied together, and updated with any changes across the entire support team.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • ActiveTS/SCIclearance.

  • Ability to obtain DHS EOD.

  • 10+ years experience with federal, state, and local project and program planning and management.

  • Experience supporting program execution for a customer-facing contract, including coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage action-item tracking, meeting cadence, and documentation to drive timely delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience leading delivery of services under a customer-facing contract, including planning, staffing coordination, quality oversight, and issue/risk management.

  • Experience producing executive-ready briefings, correspondence, and status reporting (written and oral) using MS Office tools and MS Teams.

  • Ability to support customer needs during normal work hours and during no-notice emergencies/COOP events, as required for key personnel.

  • Experience managing and supporting cyber related projects and programs.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Experience supporting or managingHSEEP-alignedexercise programs (discussion-based and operations-based).

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity readiness, resilience, or incident response mission partners across government and critical infrastructure.

  • Experience managing surge requirements, including developing quotes that include labor mix, hours, and cost (basis of estimate) when new requirements emerge.

  • FEMA HSEEP Certified

  • FEMA Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP)

  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Cybersecurity Certifications

    • CISSP

    • CEH

    • GIAC

Clearance Required:

  • ActiveTS/SCIclearance.
