Belvoir, VA headquarters. Positions are on-site.Position Overview Supports day-to-day management and coordination of a senior Army acquisition organization. Working directly with the organization's senior leadership, ensures effective execution of operational activities including task management, staff coordination, meeting synchronization, and internal program integration

This position helps maintain situational awareness across a geographically-dispersed organization while ensuring leadership priorities are executed efficiently. The Senior Program Integrator coordinates internal operations, manages taskers, and facilitates communication across government stakeholders, program offices, and supporting teams. Supports execution of organizational deliverables by maintaining visibility of activities across operational integration, experimentation, engineering evaluation, and capability transition efforts.

The Program Integrator ensures leadership has timely insight into organizational performance, key activities, and progress toward mission objectives. Key Responsibilities Maintain awareness of ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment with leadership guidance. Establish and support organization's battle rhythm, including leadership meetings, synchronization of events, and periodic program reviews; coordinate across teams.

Manage incoming taskers, action items, and organizational responses from Army headquarters, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. Coordinate staff inputs and ensure timely completion of assignments and deliverables. Maintain visibility of activities across operational integration, experimentation, engineering evaluation, and acquisition transition efforts; Coordinate information flow between headquarters, operational teams, engineering personnel, and acquisition stakeholders; Identify potential conflicts, resource issues, or scheduling challenges.

Provide operational support, develop presentation materials, info papers, talking points, and knowledge management products. Ensure leadership visibility into critical issues, emerging opportunities, and upcoming decision points. Track execution of key metrics related to capability identification, experimentation, and technology transition activities.

Develop and maintain reporting to document progress against organizational objectives; Prepare execution reports and updates for senior leadership. Required Qualifications Experience: 15 years (SME), 10 years (Senior) Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Clearance: Secret Experience preparing senior leader briefings and coordinating high-level engagements. Familiarity with DoD Acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.

Strong understanding of Army staff processes and organizational coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple taskers, priorities, and coordination activities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desired Qualifications Experience in roles such as Executive Officer, Operations Chief, Program Integrator, DA Systems Coordinator, or similar coordination position. DAWIA Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Business certification and/or similar industry certification Experience supporting ACAT or major acquisition programs, Urgent Operational Needs, adaptive acquisition programs, and/or capability development efforts Familiarity with ASA(ALT), Program Executive Offices/Program Acquisition Executive Offices, and/or Army/DoD headquarters structures.
