Overview:
  • Drives the integration/separation process for their functional areas of expertise, for future small and medium transactions
  • Identifies and resolves cross-workstream issues, interdependencies and risks
  • Acts as a thought partner to workstreams and provide support on Central TO key processes, templates and tools (as required)
  • Engages with internal stakeholders to clarify, prioritize or escalate responses to data requests
  • Acts as a central hub for managing specific, complex, and high-impact initiatives within a larger organizational change or M&A programs.
  • Focused on driving project, process, and technology alignment across functions to achieve strategic objectives
Responsibilities:
  • Project Governance & Planning: Establish and maintain project structures, such as project management standards, reporting cadences, and documentation templates.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Facilitate communication between IT, legal, finance, and operational teams, ensuring interdependencies are managed and silos are broken down.
  • Integration Execution: Coordinate technology integration efforts, including data migration, vendor relationships, and system testing.
  • Risk Mitigation: Actively identify, document, and manage risks and issues within the workstream, escalating critical roadblocks to senior management.
  • Reporting: Create, update, and manage dashboards and performance metrics to report on milestones, progress, and financial targets to stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Act as a change agent, helping teams adapt to new processes and technologies.
Experience/Education:
  • 10 + years of experience in Strategy, Transformation and Integration initiatives
  • Bachelor's Degree
Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience in managing complex projects, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
  • Ability to bridge technical details with non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong ability to analyze data, make fact-based decisions, and improve processes
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com)
  • Data-driven approach to tracking milestones, benefits, and financial outcomes
  • Ability to drive action across cross-functional teams without direct authority
