Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support administrative and operational activities at our pickle manufacturing facility in Green Bay, WI. This role serves as a central point of coordination for front office operations, tank yard administrative processes, reporting, and communication across departments.
In this role, you will work closely with plant leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams to support daily site activities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure efficient administrative workflows. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in plant operations, inventory coordination, and manufacturing administration within a fast-paced environment.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and front office operations
  • Coordinating daily administrative functions to support plant and tank yard operations
  • Maintaining and organizing tank yard and operational documentation
  • Preparing and distributing operational, inventory, and performance reports
  • Tracking inventory levels, materials, and supplies; assisting with ordering and reconciliation
  • Supporting plant leadership with administrative coordination, reporting, and projects
  • Coordinating communication across departments to support site initiatives
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Assisting with audits, compliance documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Supporting BOS initiatives, hazardous condition tracking, and GMP audits
  • Providing backup support to the Tank Yard Manager and Shipping Office as needed
  • Performing other assigned duties

Important Details:
  • This is a full-time, onsite role on first shift. Occasional flexibility may be required to support business needs.

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in administrative, office coordination, or operations support roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
